Be A New You - Day 5

1 h 15 min

Description

In this video Mohanji talks about: ● Self-love comes from realizing one's true nature as pure consciousness, not identifying with the body or personality. Comparing oneself to others breeds self-hatred. ● Hindu deities represent different aspects of cosmic consciousness - Ganesha (cosmic consciousness), Sai Baba (aspiration), Hanuman (strength and devotion), Shiva (unmanifested consciousness). ● Self-realization is realizing the consciousness pervading one's existence. Enlightenment is being illumined to this understanding. Liberation is a state of non-attachment while connected to awareness. ● No guru is needed for self-realization - silent contemplation and becoming meditation itself can reveal one's true nature. After realization, the separate faculties dissolve into the Self. ● One should be continuously alert, aware and accepting, ignoring minor disturbances but accepting life lessons to dissolve them through acceptance. Avoid harming the innocent. ● Intense dedication, single-pointed focus and unwavering conviction on the spiritual path are most important for attainment, more than outer rituals or practices. ● A guru's primary role is their vibrational presence which aligns the disciple. Deep surrender allows the mind to still. Realization happens through the disciple's effort, the guru's presence and an openness to grace. ● Passion arises from clarity of life purpose. Overcoming negativity requires self-acceptance rather than resistance. Spend time in an uplifting company. ● Enlightened masters guide willing individuals, not take the world to a new era instantly. The world initially rejects what it cannot understand.
