Request Account & Data Deletion
Overview
At Mohanji OTT, we respect your right to privacy and provide a transparent process to request the deletion of your account or specific personal data. Whether you want to completely remove your presence from our platform or just erase certain details, this guide outlines how to proceed and what to expect.
1. What You Can Request
You have the option to request one of the following:
- Complete deletion of your account and all related data
- Removal of specific personal information (e.g. name, email, billing details)
- Deletion of usage data such as watch history or preferences
2. What Happens When Deletion Is Processed?
Once your request is verified and processed:
- The specified data will be deleted from our systems (unless legally required to retain it)
- If account deletion is requested, your account will be permanently removed
- You will lose access to any subscriptions or saved preferences tied to that data
3. How to Submit a Deletion Request
Please follow the steps below to request deletion of your account or personal data:
- Send an email to ott.support@mohanji.tv
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your account
- Specify clearly whether you want to:
- Delete your entire account
- Delete only specific personal data (please list which)
- Optionally, share your reason for the request (to help us improve)
4. Identity Verification
To protect your information, we may ask for verification before proceeding with your request. This step ensures that only the rightful account owner can initiate a data deletion.
5. Processing Time
Once your request has been verified, we will begin processing it. Data deletion is typically completed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your request has been fulfilled.
